A delicious and healthy way to get in some extra protein and fiber. Here's a simple recipe to make these tasty treats:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Bolt's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and Bolt's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder. Mix well.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut, pressing the coconut into the balls to help it stick.
  6. Place the laddus in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
