A delicious bite of pancake with a cup of coffee will make the day splendid, but protein pancakes will make the day even better. Recipes: one scoop of whey protein, one large banana, two large eggs, and one scoop of rolled oats. We can add sugar-free syrup for a better taste. Mince pies-
Mince pies are the best thing to eat as a snack, and the New Year is the best reason to prepare them. Recipes: one tablespoon of 100% coconut oil, 100g raisins, 100g currants, 100g dried cranberries, juices from two oranges, one Brae burn apple, one tablespoon vanilla essence, one spoon of mixed spice, one spoon of brown sugar, lemon zest, one roll of short crust pastry, and flour for dusting the surface. First, set a frying pan on a medium-flame gas burner. Add one spoonful of coconut oil. Then bake an apple and add cranberries, dry fruits, and orange juice to it. Stirring it for a few moments until it cooked properly. Then add vanilla, mixed spices, brown sugar, and lemon zest to it. We stuffed them in short, crushed pastry after they were properly cooked. Fill them into molds and place them in the oven to properly cook. A healthy mince pie is ready.

Chocolate protein cookies-
These cookies are soft and fudgy and filled to the brim with chocolate. 45 g of oats, 50 g of chocolate-flavored whey protein, 3 tbsp. cashew butter, 3 tbsp. cacao powder, a handful of roughly chopped almonds, raw chocolate, 1.5 tbsp. coconut oil and almond milk are used in this recipe. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line the tray with baking paper.
Add protein powder, oats, cashew butter, cacao, and coconut oil to a food processor and mix it properly.
Then add a few tablespoons of almond milk and prepare a sticky dough-like mixture. We came to add more nut butter and coconut oil for better binding of the dough.
Stir them perfectly while adding the chopped almond and chocolate, and then put the dough into a mould to prepare small cookies. Put them in the oven and wait for 11 minutes. Transfer them to a wire rack and allow them to cool.
The delicious chocolate protein cookies are ready to eat. The cookies have 180 calories in them. Protein: 10.1gm, fat 10gm, carbs 14.4gm

Carrot cake protein balls-
Carrot cake balls are the most delicious sweet to eat, and adding a whey protein supplement can make them a pre-workout and post-workout treat. Recipes: 50 g instant oats, 100 g vanilla-flavoured whey protein, 100 g carrots, 50 g raisins, 8 pitted dates, 75 ml water, and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup.
