Shipping is Free on prepaid orders and 99rs. Extra charges for COD (cash on delivery) orders.

Please notice that you will receive an order confirmation e-mail once you have put your order. Make sure the order and address information are right. Please contact customer support as soon as possible if anything is wrong via telephone or chat button.

When your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with our parcel carrier’s tracking address, which you can use to track your order. Please keep in mind that once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, your tracking connection can take up to 24 hours to update.

For a variety of reasons, your shipment might be returned. Please double-check the address information if the shipment cannot be shipped. We understand how aggravating it is when a product, flavor, or variation you want is out of stock. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department, and they will attempt to determine when this product will be available again.

Since your order is being processed right now, there are no adjustments that can be made. However, we can cancel your entire order and refund your money if you contact us within 30 – 60 minutes. You simply need to put a new order after that. You can always contact us via e-mail or web form if you have any questions.
