Healthy and delicious ice cream made with frozen bananas and Bolt Biozyme Plant Protein

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 scoop of Bolt Biozyme Plant Protein (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, fresh berries

Instructions:

  1. Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Once the bananas are frozen, place them in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the scoop of Bolt Biozyme Plant Protein and almond milk.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  5. Scoop the mixture into a bowl or container and add any toppings you like.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy and delicious ice cream!
