I have tried a lot of vegan/plant proteins from cheap to pricy. This protein provides the best value out there. These are the pros of this protein:- Sweetened by stevia - not sucralose. Most of the protein supplement on the Indian market uses sucralose. If you don't know about the negative effects of sucralose please do some research and then vote with your wallet by not purchasing products that contain sucrolose. This will force manufacturers to use safer, healthier sweeteners such as stevia or monk fruit - both zero calory sweeteners.- It has 26 grams of protein per serving- It has only 1.8 grams of carbohydrates per serving. This is great for those on a low-carb or keto diet.- It has the full amino acid profile with 2.5 grams of leucine - the most important amino acid for building muscle- The taste is great probably the best I've tasted in this price range.- The price is great for the quality you're getting.- No stomach issues such as gas or bloating.- The whey version of this brand was lab-tested by YouTuber Trustified and it passed which boosts confidence in the company. My personal experience is this powder is legit. I have been muscle training for years and have not just jumped on the protein bandwagon because it appears to be an emerging trend in India amongst the newly growing health and fitness crowd. I can discern a good quality protein rather than just writing a lame review about taste and mixability as if I were buying milkshake powder. This is good quality protein. For those who work hard in the gym and know what they are doing - they will appreciate the gains that this protein will help facilitate.I would like to address some of the negative reviews that I've seen as they are very misleading.- Taste: I don't have a clue why anyone would say this protein does not taste good. The Madagascar vanilla is better than the chocolate version in my opinion and I enjoy it. The chocolate is still decent. The best-tasting protein is whey from USA brands. Large companies pay a good amount of money to third-party "taste houses" to come up with amazing flavors for their protein formulations. At the end of the day, flavoring is merely meant to make protein more palatable it's not the end goal of protein, let's not confuse protein with a milkshake.- Phycocyanin not present: Whoever posted this has done a lab test I suppose. It's true you can't see anything blue for the most part. One time I placed a scoop in a cup and started to pour water when I had to quickly attend to something else. When I came back white powder (vanilla flavor) that had been moistened by a little water had turned blue. This doesn't happen normally when you pour and mix right away, but if you wet the powder a little and leave it for some time it turns a bluish tinge. You can try it for yourself. Is this a scientific test? No. But stating that it doesn't have phycocyanin due to a lack of any blue appearance is also unscientific.- I get the impression from the reviews that a lot of people are buying protein perhaps because it has become trendy in India as health and fitness starts to gain more awareness. As someone who has been muscle training for decades, I know when a protein powder is effective and when it is rubbish such as mypro and big muscle brands - please avoid - I have recently seen YouTube videos that have lab tested these brands and they failed, only confirming my conclusions. If you want a great quality protein that's pocket-friendly, low carb and won't introduce sucralose into your system - I highly recommend this protein. If you're someone who's consistently building muscle through progressive overload, and not just on some protein fitness trend without really understanding the role of protein in diet and exercise, you will see gains with this protein.

The taste is not good i love bolt nutrition but this plant protein is not it 3/10 taste 2/10 mix abilityId recommend getting nakpro plant protein as it has much better taste and mix ability nakpro plant protein taste 7/10 mix ability 5.5/10, bolt nutritions whey protein is so good extremely disappointed that they couldn’t replicate the mixability and taste from their whey proteins to their plant protein

Taste is not like other flavoured whey proteins , but it's similar to that of oziva unflavored plant protein, but taste and price is better. I liked it from the very first scoop. Will update review again after 15 days. I just hope price won't increase or better options provided like discounts on combo.
