An Almond Explosion shake using BOLT Whey Protein

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of BOLT whey protein (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of raw almonds
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1-2 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the consistency is too thick, add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

This recipe should yield approximately 1 serving. Feel free to adjust the amount of almond milk, cinnamon, or vanilla extract to your liking. You can also substitute other nut milks or add other ingredients such as honey, chia seeds, or flaxseeds to your liking.
