1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips
In a blender, mix the protein powder and almond milk until smooth.
Add the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until the mixture becomes creamy.
Scoop the mixture into a bowl or container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Once the mixture has frozen, take it out of the freezer and let it thaw for a few minutes before serving.
