No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup bolt whey chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to your desired sweetness)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and bolt whey chocolate protein powder. Stir them together until well combined.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup). Microwave for about 20-30 seconds or until the mixture becomes soft and easier to stir.

Pour the melted almond butter and honey mixture into the bowl with the oats and protein powder. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Mix everything together until the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the wet ingredients. The mixture should be sticky and hold together when pressed.
