Ingredients:
- 1 scoop BOLT Whey Isolate Protein (Vanilla)
- ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein & creaminess)
- 1 tsp honey or stevia (optional, based on sweetness preference)
- 4-5 ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
