Healthy and delicious ice cream made with frozen bananas and Bolt Biozyme Plant Protein
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 scoop of Bolt Biozyme Plant Protein (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, fresh berries
Instructions:
- Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Once the bananas are frozen, place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the scoop of Bolt Biozyme Plant Protein and almond milk.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Scoop the mixture into a bowl or container and add any toppings you like.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy and delicious ice cream!
