Protein Chia Pudding Cup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 scoop Biozyme plant protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, Biozyme plant protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup.
- Whisk together until well combined and let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Whisk the mixture again to ensure there are no clumps of chia seeds.
- Divide the mixture into 2-3 small cups or jars.
- Cover the cups or jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, give the chia pudding a good stir and add additional almond milk if needed.
- Top with fresh berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes as desired.
This recipe can be customized to your preferences by adjusting the amount of sweetener or toppings. You can also experiment with different flavors of protein powder to create different variations of chia pudding.
The Biozyme plant protein powder can be substituted with any other protein powder of your choice.
