Biozyme Plant Protein powder Brownie bites recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop Biozyme plant protein powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: chopped nuts or chocolate chips for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Biozyme plant protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the batter into the mini muffin tin.
- Top each brownie bite with chopped nuts or chocolate chips, if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are firm and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
- Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
