High-Protein Plant-Based Brownie Bites

A delicious, fudgy, and protein-packed brownie bites are the perfect healthy snack or post-workout treat! Made with Biozyme Plant Protein Powder, almond flour, and natural sweeteners, they offer a boost of muscle-building protein, fiber, and healthy fats without any dairy, refined sugar, or artificial additives.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Biozyme Plant Protein Powder (chocolate flavor)
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust as needed)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
- Form Dough: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms. Adjust with almond milk if too dry.
- Shape & Bake: Roll the dough into small balls, place them on the baking tray, and gently flatten. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm.
- Cool & Enjoy: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
