Healthy Lauki Kheer with Whey Protein | Low-Calorie High-Protein Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 cup grated lauki (bottle gourd)
- 1 scoop whey protein (unflavoured / vanilla recommended)
- 250 ml low-fat milk (or almond milk)
- 1–2 tsp stevia / low-calorie sweetener
- Cardamom powder (optional)
- Few chopped almonds & pistachios (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Lauki
Peel and grate the lauki. Squeeze out excess water if needed.
Step 2: Cook the Base
In a pan, add grated lauki and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft.
Step 3: Add Milk
Pour in low-fat milk and simmer for 5–10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Step 4: Sweeten It
Add stevia or your preferred low-calorie sweetener and mix well.
Step 5: Add Whey Protein (Important Step)
Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly.
Then add whey protein and mix well to avoid lumps.

Step 6: Flavor & Garnish
Add cardamom powder and garnish with dry fruits.
