Ingredients:

1 scoop (approximately 20g) Biozyme Plant Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup (60g) canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop (approximately 20g) Biozyme Plant Protein Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe ramekin.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine black beans, applesauce, maple syrup, cocoa powder, Biozyme Plant Protein Powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
