Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (approximately 20g) Biozyme Plant Protein Powder

  • 1/4 cup (60g) canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop (approximately 20g) Biozyme Plant Protein Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe ramekin.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine black beans, applesauce, maple syrup, cocoa powder, Biozyme Plant Protein Powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  4. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool and Serve: Allow the brownie to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
