Protein-Packed Fruit Smoothie Bowl


Smoothie Base:
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey, plant-based, or choice of protein)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Fresh fruit slices (kiwi, banana, berries)
  • Granola
  • Assorted nuts and seeds (almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds)
  • Coconut flakes
  • Drizzle of honey or nut butter


Blend the Smoothie:

  • Combine frozen berries, ripe banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, and honey (if desired) in a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.

Assemble the Bowl:

  • Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl.
Add Toppings:
  • Arrange fresh fruit slices, granola, nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes on top of the smoothie.

Drizzle and Serve:

  • Drizzle a touch of honey or nut butter over the toppings for extra flavor.
