Ingredients:
Smoothie Base:

- 1 ripe banana

- 1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey protein, plant protein, or choice of protein)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Toppings:

- Granola

Instructions:
Blend the Smoothie:
