No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bars


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup bolt whey chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to your desired sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and bolt whey chocolate protein powder. Stir them together until well combined.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup). Microwave for about 20-30 seconds or until the mixture becomes soft and easier to stir.

  3. Pour the melted almond butter and honey mixture into the bowl with the oats and protein powder. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

  4. Mix everything together until the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the wet ingredients. The mixture should be sticky and hold together when pressed.

  5. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips into the mixture.

  6. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some excess paper hanging over the sides to easily lift the bars later.

  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Use your hands or a spatula to firmly press the mixture down to form a compact and smooth layer.

  8. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the bars are firm and set.

  9. Once the bars are chilled and firm, lift them out of the baking dish using the excess parchment paper.

  10. Cut the chilled mixture into bars of your desired size and shape.
