Baked Berry Protein Oat Meal

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Bolt Whey Protein Powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
Optional Toppings:
- Additional berries
- Greek yogurt
- Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
- Chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Bolt Whey Protein Powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until the dry ingredients are well combined.
