Baked Berry Bolt Whey Protein Oatmeal Recipe


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Berry Bolt Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)

Optional Toppings:

  • Additional berries
  • Greek yogurt
  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
  • Chopped nuts or seeds


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Berry Bolt Whey Protein Powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until the dry ingredients are well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
