  • ¼ cup rolled oats (or almond flour for a lower-carb option)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (or stevia for low-sugar)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (adjust as needed)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate chips or crushed nuts (optional)

 

Instructions
