Ingredients

  • 1 scoop BOLT Biozyme Plant Protein (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 medium banana, frozen (or ½ cup frozen coconut milk for a lower-carb option)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust as needed)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional for creaminess)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional for extra flavor)
  • Dark chocolate chips or crushed nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine frozen banana, plant protein, almond milk, vanilla extract, and nut butter (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Freeze or Serve: For soft-serve consistency, enjoy immediately. For firmer ice cream, transfer to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
