Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop Biozyme Plant Protein (vanilla or unflavored)
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (natural, unsweetened)
- ¼ cup mashed fresh strawberries (or 1 tbsp sugar-free jam)
- ½ tbsp chia seeds (for extra fiber & thickness)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
- Mix Oats & Protein: In a jar or bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and chia seeds.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Mix well.
