Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Biozyme Plant Protein (vanilla or unflavored)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (natural, unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup mashed fresh strawberries (or 1 tbsp sugar-free jam)
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds (for extra fiber & thickness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

 

Instructions:

  • Mix Oats & Protein: In a jar or bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and chia seeds.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Mix well.
  • Layer PB & Jelly: Add peanut butter and mashed strawberries (or jam), swirling slightly for a layered effect.
  • Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Stir well before eating. Top with extra berries or crushed peanuts if desired!
