BOLT Biozyme Gold Whey Protein Bars, a high-protein, no-bake snack perfect for fitness enthusiasts and busy lifestyles. Packed with premium whey protein, healthy nuts, and natural sweeteners, these homemade bars support muscle recovery, weight management, and sustained energy throughout the day.


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop BOLT Biozyme Gold Whey Protein (Chocolate or Vanilla)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for chocolate flavor)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2-3 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix BOLT Biozyme Gold Whey Protein, oats, cocoa powder, and nuts.
  2. Add almond/peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. Gradually add milk, stirring until a dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and flatten evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top (if using) and press lightly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars.
