Peanut butter and jelly overnight oats recipe using Biozyme plant protein
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Biozyme plant protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly or jam of your choice
- Optional: chopped nuts, sliced fruit, or additional toppings of your choice
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and Biozyme plant protein powder.
- Stir in almond milk, peanut butter, and jelly until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a jar or container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add additional almond milk if desired.
- Top with chopped nuts, sliced fruit, or additional toppings of your choice and enjoy!
