A delicious, creamy, and high-protein shake perfect for a post-workout boost or a nutritious breakfast. Made with fresh strawberries, vanilla whey protein, and almond milk, this shake is packed with muscle-building protein, fiber, and natural sweetness—without any unnecessary sugars! 🍓🥤


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop BOLT Whey Isolate Protein (Vanilla)
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein & creaminess)
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia (optional, based on sweetness preference)
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
