Eggless Whey Protein Pancakes

A delicious, fluffy, and protein-packed pancake recipe made without eggs! These Eggless Whey Protein Pancakes are perfect for a healthy breakfast or post-workout meal, offering a great balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats to keep you fueled.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup whole wheat flour or oat flour
- 1 scoop BOLT Whey Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or mashed banana (as an egg replacer)
- 1 tsp honey or stevia (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp coconut oil or butter (for cooking)
Instructions:
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in almond milk, Greek yogurt (or banana), vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using). Mix until smooth.
- Cook Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil or butter. Pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes.
- Flip & Cook: Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
