FOOD AND MOOD
When I listened the word food my mouth starts moist and tongue leaking speaks I have already thoughts of food in my mind. Do we ever questioned why is that? That question belonged to one simple answer protein. Protein having a committed relationship with brain. So its common cause of chemical reaction which in brain to do love one-sided to foods. It is just a part of truth. Many decisions we took are depend upon our mood. It’s a very common opinion that I have no mood to do work or to perform any activity. We humans always explained our self as professionals but truly if we look after our back steeps we are the emotional creatures. Most of our emotional thoughts are controlled by mood and mood is controlled by brain. Hold on that’s not true mood is not controlled by brain. It is controlled by the type of food we are eating. Our got is the primary brain regulates the necessary amino acids which a byproduct to conduct the chemical reactions in neurons of brain.
Do we need protein for good health of brain?
Protein is a basic nutritional component to regulate human body. A complex combinations of several amino acids to nullify the activity of cells and tissues, muscles and many mood related events. Let’s discuss how actually food is necessary for brain and before that let’s have a brief regarding an overview of protein.

- Ø Fish, beef, chicken, turkey, tofu, beans, egg and unsweetened yogurt linked to higher level of dopamine which helps to improvise mood and helps in grow focus level.
- Ø Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that nourish our body and boost the happiness.
- Ø The Mediterranean diet helps in decreasing symptoms of depression. It prefers eating vegetables, fruits, nutrients, legumes, olive oil.
- Ø Omega-3 and omega-6 are the prime ingredients which helps our brain healthy and keep our nervous system well maintained.
- Ø Consuming diet based on unrefined foods with enough protein, healthy unsaturated fats and fibers also helps to mention the blood sugar level, helps to grow the efficiency of body and reduce anxiety level.
